Hold'em Career — Privacy Policy

Effective August 2026. Last updated 19 August 2026.

Hold'em Career does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network connections.

Everything the app saves — your career, hand histories, statistics, and settings — is stored only on your device (and in your personal device backups, which we never see).

Retention and deletion

Because nothing ever leaves your device, we hold no data about you and have nothing to retain or delete on our end. You control all of it: deleting the app removes every saved career, hand history, statistic, and setting. Resetting a career inside the app erases that career's data immediately. If you use iCloud or encrypted local backups, copies may persist in those backups until you delete them through iOS — those backups belong to you and Apple, not to us.

Consent and your rights

There is no data collection to consent to, and therefore no consent to withdraw. Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on request. If you would like written confirmation of that for your own records, email us and we'll provide it.

Third parties

No third party receives any data from this app, because the app sends no data anywhere. The app contains no analytics tools, no advertising networks, and no third-party SDKs. Actual Clown Productions, LLC has no parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entity with access to user data.

Children

Hold'em Career is not directed to children. The app collects no data from anyone, including children, and contains no advertising, no external links, no user-to-user communication, and no way to spend money inside it.

Simulated gambling

The app is a simulated poker game. It involves no real money and offers no way to spend any. Chips exist only inside your own device and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at https://holdemcareer.actualclown.com/privacy.html with a revised "last updated" date. Since the app makes no network connections, changes can only ever affect future versions of the app.
